Peter Windsor in an interview on the official Formula 1 website said that USF1 got the approval to do there first tests in there home ground in the US before moving to Europe.
Unfortunately his still beating around the bush on the matter of the driver lineup. He insist they aren't going after pay drivers but it's not like there are a lot of drivers left who can be consider highly capable. I wonder if they called Heidfeld who seems to be the best option left.
If they really aren't going for drivers who will bring money that is.
